Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use the WTTO website, buy our merchandise or book work with us.

Last reviewed: October 2026

These terms cover your use of the WTTO website and anything you buy, book or enquire about through it. The site is operated by WTTO (WelcomeToTheOverground), an independent music, events and media company based in London, United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms.

  • Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to break, overload, copy or scrape it.
  • Do not send or upload anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.
  • We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. Prices, availability and timings are confirmed in writing by our team before any project, session or service begins. Anything agreed with you is set out in your quote or booking confirmation, and that document takes priority over these general terms.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Products are subject to availability, and sizes, colours and materials are described as accurately as we can. Payment is taken at checkout and your order is confirmed once payment clears. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was priced in error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

We aim to dispatch within five working days. Delivery times then depend on the courier and the destination.

As a UK consumer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving it and return the item for a refund, provided it is unworn, unused and in its original condition. Personalised items and hygiene products are excluded. Email wtto.global@gmail.com to start a return and we will tell you where to send it. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

You keep ownership of anything you send us. By submitting it you give us permission to review it and, if we agree to work together, to use it to promote you and your work. Please do not send material you do not own or do not have permission to share.

Tickets for WTTO events are sold through third-party ticketing platforms and are subject to that platform's terms. Line-ups, set times and venues can change, and entry is always subject to venue rules, including age restrictions and ID checks.

The WTTO name, logo, photography, video and other site content belong to WTTO or to the artists, creatives and clients we work with. You are welcome to share our content, but you must not use it commercially or present it as your own without our written permission.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
